About The Position

WarriorVets Medical Services, PLLC is seeking Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to provide general medical evaluations to current and former US Military veterans. This is a contract opportunity with a clinician-owned and led health company that delivers in-person care. Evaluations are one-time encounters and do not involve ongoing treatment. The role offers efficient scheduling for up to eight hours per day, five days a week (Monday-Friday), with no administrative tasks required as a back-office support team handles all administrative work. The evaluations are general medical evaluations, not disability evaluations.

Requirements

• Unrestricted state medical licensure without limitations to perform full scope of authorized practice.
• Education and training in a US-accredited, post-baccalaureate (Masters) course of study.
• Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or certification by the ANCC or AANP / or ACEN or CCNE Accreditation.
• 2+ years of post-graduate primary care experience.
• Established collaborating physician (if required by your state).

Responsibilities

• Assess the veteran population through in-person general medical evaluations.
• Perform evaluations that typically take 30 to 90 minutes per veteran.
• Work up to eight hours per day, five days a week (Monday-Friday).
