About The Position

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners (NO PAs) for a flexible PRN 1099 role completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This is an autonomous, field-based opportunity for clinicians who want strong supplemental income without prescribing, call, or follow-up care responsibilities. Additional pay includes $25 full HRA no-shows, $65 diagnostic-only visits, $10 diagnostic-only no-shows, and a $250 flat-rate paid training.

Requirements

Active NP license required
No PAs
Specialties accepted except Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women’s Health
Providers must have reliable personal transportation
Willing to travel locally across multiple counties
Must be able to start ASAP if selected
Medicare/Medicaid enrollment is strongly preferred and, if not already in place, must be completed during credentialing

Responsibilities

Complete in-home HRAs
Review medical history, medications, lifestyle, and social factors
Perform basic physical and mental health evaluations
Provide preventive care education
Document visits using a company-provided iPad / EMR platform
