UT Health UroGynecology Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
UT Health East Texas is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join their high-volume, growing Women’s Health Team practice in Tyler, TX. The Nurse Practitioner will collaborate with a board-certified Urogynecologist to assess, diagnose, and treat a wide variety of common urogynecology medical and surgical conditions as directed. This role involves executing physical exams, collecting patient history, and providing care for both inpatient and post-operational discharge services. The position is based in both inpatient and outpatient settings, with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The average patient load is 15-20 patients per day, with an additional 3-6 patients per week requiring post-operational discharge follow-up. The primary worksite is located near UT Health Tyler hospital, with two monthly outreach outpatient clinics. The practice utilizes Epic EMR.
Requirements
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in Urology, Surgery, OBGYN, or Primary Care preferred
- Epic EMR
