Requirements

• Active Pennsylvania Nurse Practitioner license
• Master’s Degree in Nursing
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Passion for aesthetics and guest-centered care

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• Experience in aesthetics, injectables, dermatology, plastics, or facial rejuvenation
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, performance driven clinical environment
• Strong relationship building and treatment planning skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Deliver injectable treatments including nuerotoxin and dermal fillers with precision and consistency
• Perform or support advanced aesthetic services including RF microneedling and laser treatments
• Build strong guest relationships focused on trust, education, and long-term treatment planning
• Maintain high clinical, safety, and documentation standards
• Contribute to a collaborative and guest centered clinic culture
