About The Position

Trillion Health & Hormone is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their Topeka clinic, initially working 2 days per week. This role offers a unique opportunity to be instrumental in establishing and expanding the clinic's presence and patient base in Topeka. The ideal candidate will be clinically confident, personable, entrepreneurial-minded, and dedicated to building strong patient relationships and delivering exceptional care. As the clinic grows, there is potential for increased days and hours. This position is suited for a provider who enjoys both direct patient care and the process of building a practice from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Active Kansas NP license in good standing.
  • Appropriate national certification and credentials.
  • Ability to practice within applicable Kansas scope-of-practice requirements.
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
  • Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach.
  • Reliable and accountable.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care within Trillion Health & Hormone's scope of services.
  • Evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide appropriate follow-up care.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and contribute to an exceptional patient experience.
  • Educate patients regarding their treatment options, health goals, medications, and ongoing care.
  • Practice in accordance with applicable Kansas laws, professional standards, and Trillion Health & Hormone policies.
  • Collaborate with our clinical and administrative team to ensure coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the Topeka clinic.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and clinic operations.
  • Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented culture.
