About The Position

General family practice in a rural community primary health centre on an inter-disciplinary team, including a physician, pharmacist, CLXT, clerical staff, dietitian, pharmacy education, community developer, team facilitator etc.; work also includes developing and facilitating health programming in the community. Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
  • Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
  • Nursing diploma is acceptable
  • Advanced - Organizational skills

  • Advanced - Problem solving skills
  • Advanced - Communication skills
  • Advanced - Research skills
  • Basic - Decision making skills
  • Knowledge in diverse cultures, values and traditions

  • Knowledge in education and program development, implementation and evaluation
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as RN (NP)
  • Registered/eligible with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Travel required
  • Must upload all relevant documents (ex: certificates, diplomas, proof of enrollment, licenses and/or memberships) relating to the qualifications of the position.
  • Must bring a valid Criminal Record Check (CRC) to the interview; it must be dated within six (6) months and include a vulnerable sector search.
