About The Position

ADHDAdvisor.org is dedicated to breaking down barriers to ADHD diagnosis and treatment, making mental health care more accessible. Our telehealth platform integrates technology, clinical expertise, and progressive approaches to emotional wellness. We are seeking Delaware-licensed Nurse Practitioners to join our provider network, allowing them to focus on clinical expertise while we manage all other aspects of the practice.

Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license in Delaware.
• Active Delaware DEA license.
• Currently carry (or be willing to obtain) independent malpractice liability insurance.
• Experience diagnosing and treating adult ADHD (ages 18+).
• Experience prescribing medication, preferably on a telehealth platform.
• Access to a private and professional environment for conducting sessions.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Reliable Internet connection.
• Currently residing in the US.
• Ability to diagnose and prescribe independently.

Nice To Haves

• Experience prescribing stimulant and non-stimulant medication in compliance with federal and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic mental healthcare to patients, including diagnosis and medication management.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to patient needs, adhering to best practices and clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with the mental health professional team for comprehensive, coordinated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Contribute to shaping treatment philosophy and developing clinical policies and procedures.
