About The Position

CareATC is building an ongoing talent pipeline for anticipated Nurse Practitioner openings. The role is for a Family Nurse Practitioner providing personalized, proactive, patient-centered care focused on wellness, early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term health. Care is delivered through in-person and virtual visits in a collaborative clinic setting that prioritizes quality over volume. The schedule is predictable, with no nights, weekends, or walk-ins. Requirements

• Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in the practicing state.
• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• DEA registration.
• Experience treating patients ages 2 and older.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
• Ability to pass on-site credentialing.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of primary care experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive in-person and virtual patient visits to increase access and continuity of care.
• Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with patients.
• Educate patients about wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management.
• Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture.
