About The Position

Felix is seeking Nurse Practitioners with strong generalist experience and a passion for weight management to join its growing team of healthcare providers. The role requires a minimum commitment of 40 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform. Candidates must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in at least one Canadian province; preference is given to applicants with multiple provincial licenses or licenses aligned with Felix’s current needs.

The position is 100% remote and supports virtual healthcare delivery through Felix’s platform. Nurse Practitioners provide patient care, including treating and managing obesity, and must be located in Canada with a billing number in the province or provinces where they are licensed, as required for ordering laboratory testing. Providers are expected to maintain good standing with their governing college, follow applicable codes of conduct, and be willing to obtain licensure in other provinces.

Compensation includes a base weekly rate, with additional assessment remuneration for services delivered above a defined threshold. Requirements

• Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in at least one province in Canada.
• At least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, with demonstrated experience providing high-quality patient care.
• Direct experience treating and managing obesity.
• Physically located in Canada.
• Hold a billing number in the province or provinces where licensed, required for ordering laboratory testing.
• Be a member in good standing of the College or Colleges where holding the Nurse Practitioner title.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with the governing body’s code of conduct.
• Experience in telemedicine.
• Proficient understanding of technology, EMRs, and remote work.
• Adaptable and open to change.
• Available to provide a minimum of 40 hours of scheduled time per week on the platform.

Nice To Haves

• Licensure in multiple Canadian provinces, or licensing that meets Felix’s current needs.
• Experience in weight loss, menopause, mental health, erectile dysfunction, or birth control care.

Responsibilities
