About The Position

IVX Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you will be at the forefront of delivering personalized, compassionate care to patients. With your expertise in infusion therapy, you will oversee patient care, collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. You will ensure every treatment is delivered with precision and care, making a real difference in patients’ lives.

Requirements

  • Active and Unrestricted Licenses – Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
  • Board Certification – AANP or ANCC certification required.
  • Life Support Certifications – BLS certification required.
  • Ability to Treat a Diverse Patient Population – Must be able to care for both adults and pediatrics—Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.
  • Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills – Experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Documentation – Experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

  • PALS certification preferred.
  • Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
  • Perform evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
  • Guide patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
  • Work closely with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
  • Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
  • Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
