About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides general medical care and treatment to patients in a medical facility such as a clinic, health center, or public health agency, under the direction of a Physician. This role is responsible for in-house nursing facility visits to hospice patients for the purpose of conducting the face-to-face 60-day recertification encounter.
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in the State of Michigan
- 1+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Ability to travel is a must
- Clean background check
- Clean drug screen
- Clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- Experience with hospice preferred
- Effective written and verbal communication
