About The Position

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Physician Assistants (PAs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) to join their growing team in the greater Pittsburgh area and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia. At GoHealth Urgent Care, the focus is on delivering effortless, personal, and connected care experiences. Through a partnership with UPMC Health System, they provide high-quality urgent care services supported by advanced technology and a collaborative clinical environment.

Requirements

• One (1) year of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine, or Two (2) years of Family Medicine experience.
• Experience treating patients of all ages in an acute care setting.
• Comfortable performing minor procedures including: Suturing, Casting and splinting, Preliminary EKG interpretation, Preliminary X-ray interpretation.
• Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current ANCC or AANP certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage a wide variety of clinical presentations and levels of complexity.
• Participate in shared decision-making and collaborative problem-solving.
• Serve as a clinical leader within an interdisciplinary care team.
• Share knowledge, expertise, and mentorship with colleagues.
