Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injecting experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience using cannulas and dermal fillers
- Experience with neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®, Daxxify®)
- Experience with dermal fillers including Juvederm® and Restylane®
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic balancing
- Experience independently assessing and treating aesthetic patients
- Experience working within a physician-supervised medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or aesthetic medicine practice
- Excellent communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Professional, dependable, and highly ethical approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Experience with regenerative aesthetics and biofillers
- Experience with microneedling and laser-based treatments
- Interest in functional medicine, hormone optimization, weight loss, and longevity medicine
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous learning
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform neuromodulator treatments including Dysport®, Botox®, and Daxxify®
- Administer dermal fillers including Juvederm®, Restylane®, and regenerative injectables
- Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including biofillers and regenerative procedures
- Educate patients regarding treatment options, outcomes, and aftercare
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and treatment records
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Contribute to a luxury patient experience built on trust, education, and results
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, protocols, and safety standards
