About The Position

Impact Recruiting Solutions is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner bilingual in Russian to provide housecall services in a multi-specialty practice across the Brooklyn, NY. This position offers comprehensive benefits and a competitive, negotiable compensation package. The role involves performing comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic health conditions, developing and implementing individualized care plans, prescribing medications and treatments within the NP scope of practice, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, providing patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management, coordinating care with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers, and maintaining accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.

Requirements

Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required).
Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
Bilingual in Russian
Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation.
Comfort with point-of-care testing and portable medical equipment.
Highly independent, excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, compassionate, and adaptable to different home environments.
