Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN).
- Fluent in Spanish.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of Nurse Practitioner (NP) experience in primary care.
- Autonomous license.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a value-based care model.
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to patients.
- Manage a patient panel of 12-18 patients daily.
- Serve a patient population primarily consisting of Medicare Advantage members.
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients.
