About The Position
This is a part-time, 1099 contract position for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct veteran disability exams. The role offers guaranteed income and built-in support within a provider-led organization. The Nurse Practitioner will conduct one-time assessments for Veterans to aid in their disability claim process. The setting is low-stress, with 1-6 Veterans seen per day. Responsibilities include reviewing records and completing assessments electronically on a secure platform. The company provides all necessary technology, training, and clinical support. This role does not involve treatments, procedures, diagnosing, prescribing, billing, or disability percentage calculations. Scheduling is managed, and walk-ins are not permitted. There are no nights, weekends, or holidays required.
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner.
- Ability to conduct one-time assessments for Veterans.
- Proficiency in reviewing records and completing electronic assessments.
- Willingness to work 2 days per week.
- New graduates or experienced providers are welcome.
