A flourishing private practice in Franklin, Tennessee, is hiring a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside a nationally recognized leader in innovative ketamine infusion therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex regional pain syndrome. The role involves direct patient care throughout all phases of infusion treatment, including consultation, initiation, monitoring, and ongoing support. The position offers autonomy and collaboration with a compassionate team focused on exceptional outcomes.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of clinical experience in IV placement and medication delivery.
• At least 3 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Current BLS/ACLS and CPR certifications.
• Graduate of an accredited program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• EMR experience.
• Excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an expert team.

Nice To Haves

• ICU or ER experience.

Responsibilities

• Place and administer IV therapies for ketamine infusions.
• Consult with patients and families about treatment plans.
• Care for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and chronic regional pain syndrome.
• Monitor and support patients throughout infusion and recovery.
• Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies if they arise.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records.
