About The Position

Sev Skin is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional treatments and create an amazing client experience. This role involves conducting personalized client consultations, performing aesthetic treatments like laser hair removal, educating clients on treatment plans and care, and accurately documenting all interactions. The Nurse Practitioner will also be responsible for making service recommendations, building client trust, and supporting studio goals related to rebooking, treatment completion, conversion, and client retention. A warm, welcoming, and high-energy experience is expected during every client visit, with a focus on addressing client questions and concerns professionally. Additionally, the role requires supporting the studio by partnering with reception and leadership, maintaining clean treatment rooms, participating in training and initiatives, and promptly communicating any concerns. This position offers a competitive compensation package including a base hourly rate, client tips, and commission opportunities. Requirements

An active Nurse Practitioner license that meets applicable state requirements.
Knowledge of laser treatments, skin types, hair-growth cycles, and safety protocols.
Strong communication and client-service skills.
Confidence educating clients and recommending personalized treatment plans.
A positive attitude and openness to coaching and continued learning.
The ability to succeed in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Nice To Haves

Prior aesthetics, laser, skincare, or consultative sales experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
