Requirements
- Nurse Practitioner, board certified
- 2+ years of Primary Care Outpatient Experience
- Geriatrics experience
- Current, unrestricted, active license to practice medicine
- Current DEA registration
- Proficient PC skills in office procedures: suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, basic wound care
Responsibilities
- Provide primary care to seniors with 3-5 complex diseases.
- Manage an average of 10-12 patients per day.
- Maintain a panel size of a maximum of 650 patients.
- Participate in a call schedule based on the number of providers in the market.
- Perform office procedures including suturing, joint injections, skin biopsies, and basic wound care.
