About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Since 2005, Crossroads has been a leader in treating patients with opioid use disorder, offering accessible, high-quality, evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Our outpatient clinics, located across multiple states, provide critical services to combat the opioid epidemic and guide patients toward recovery. Requirements

• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state you are applying to work in.
• DEA licensure in the state of the center.
• Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
• Perform injections.
