About The Position

Join the founding clinical team of a newly established outpatient practice. Provide comprehensive patient evaluations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing medical management. Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to establish workflows, clinical protocols, and patient care standards. Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while helping build a new practice from the ground up. Participate in care coordination, patient education, and preventive health initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation while supporting continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Current New York State Nurse Practitioner License.
National Certification.
Current DEA Registration.
Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Minimum of 3,000 hours of direct clinical experience.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team.
