About The Position
This is a rapidly growing post-acute established practice. Currently, we are looking to fill an immediate full-time position for a qualified Nurse Practitioner to join this dynamic practice. The NP will work with sub-acute and long term patients with supervising Physicians in the south Tacoma/Olympia region. We provide training, flexible schedules, full autonomy, and full clinical support. Requirements
- Utilize clinical assessment skills daily to accurately diagnose and treat patients, ensuring that care plans are tailored to individual needs.
- Knowledge of geriatrics allows the practitioner to address the unique health challenges of these populations effectively.
- Collaboration and communication skills are essential for working within interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

- Provide direct patient care, including physical assessments, treatment planning, and medication management.
