About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide recurring onsite care at two workplace locations in South Texas, alternating between clinic areas near Falfurrias/Encino and Kingsville/Riviera. The provider will work two weekday clinic days per month, approximately eight hours per day, with the locations alternating from month to month. The first clinic day focuses on preventive evaluations and bloodwork. The second day, typically four to seven days later, focuses on reviewing results with employees, providing education, and determining appropriate follow-up care. This is a long-term opportunity with a small, predictable monthly commitment and no weekend or on-call coverage. The role pays $130 per onsite hour, or approximately $1,040 per full clinic day. The anticipated start date is November 2026. The position is part-time and W-2. The provider must bring a personal laptop or tablet to each clinic day for electronic charting and documentation, reliably travel to both South Texas clinic areas, and already have a qualifying physician delegation and prescriptive-authority arrangement; a delegating or supervising physician is not provided. The company brings healthcare providers directly into workplaces and offers virtual care. It develops service models and technologies that help companies establish wellness clinics and preventive medical services at selected times, with the aim of helping employees stay current with preventive care without disrupting their workday.
