Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner for its Harriman, TN location. Requirements
- Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Tennessee.
- DEA licensure in the state of Tennessee.
- Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments based on patient assessment.
- Complete medical documentation according to Crossroads standards.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic patient care, including referrals.
- Perform injections.
- Provide referrals to other medical providers and community services.
