We’re hiring a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver exceptional sleep care as a vital member of Dreem Health’s clinical team. Reporting to a Lead Nurse Practitioner, you’ll screen, diagnose, and treat patients struggling with sleep issues, directly shaping their health outcomes and quality of life. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where clinical excellence meets patient-centered care. You’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in each patient’s health while contributing to a vibrant, supportive, and rapidly expanding clinical environment focused on redefining sleep health. Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years experience of direct patient care
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates who wish to start within one month.
- Applicants without prior sleep experience must enroll in the Dreem Health Academy program — a paid, 4-week training course. Completion of this course is mandatory before beginning any work with patients.
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
- A CA APRN License AND one or more additional state licenses are required
- An active CA Furnishing license and an active DEA license (eligible to DEA license)
Nice To Haves
- Preference for candidates that are multistate licensed with the one or more of the following states: AZ, CT, FL, GA, IN, NJ, PA, VA
- additional state licenses a plus
Responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
- Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using our customized EHR
- Applying appropriate billing procedures
- Participating in quality control and improvement activities
- Returning patient messages and calls in a timely fashion
- Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
- Keeping current with and following AASM guidelines and clinic medical protocols in your clinical care and decisions
