Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner in AZ
- Drug Enforcement Administration License & Prescriptive Authority
- Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder

- 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience
- Self-Motivated, Friendly/Positive, Professional who brings an "Always ready to help" attitude
- PASSION for providing Comprehensive & Compassionate care to patients
- Excellent Communicator with an ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, follow-through, attention to detail & accuracy
