About The Position
Healthcare United is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join an established and growing spine focused practice in North Central Florida. This opportunity offers strong earning potential a flexible schedule and excellent work life balance with no call responsibilities </p> </p> Provide patient care in a high volume spine focused outpatient clinic </div> See 20 or more patients per day including consults follow ups and post procedure visits </div> Prepare patients for injections and surgical procedures </div> Assist with procedures or surgical cases if desired </div> Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive spine care </div> Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation </div> Educate patients on treatment plans and recovery expectations </div> Participate in a fast paced team oriented environment </div> </p> </div></span>
Requirements
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Eligible for Florida medical licensure
- Interest or experience in spine neurosurgery or orthopedic care
- New graduates with strong clinical rotations encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage patient volume efficiently
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Responsibilities

Benefits
- Base salary 110000 to 140000 based on experience
- Quarterly bonus at 10 percent of collections above patient threshold
- Flexible weekday schedule 8 to 4 or 9 to 5
