Requirements

Graduate of an accredited program with a C.N.P. Degree
Current License as an N.P. in the State of Tennessee
BLS, ACLS Required
Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon required
Able to prioritize and organize workload to meet needs of patients and unit.
Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
Broad understanding of the needs of the surgical patient.
Flexible, reliable, productive, patient oriented, self-motivated.
Remains calm and functions as a team leader during times of stress and crisis situations.
