About The Position

Crossroads Treatment Centers is seeking a Part-time Nurse Practitioner for their Harrisburg, PA location. The organization serves over 26,500 patients across outpatient, office-based clinics in multiple states. Requirements

Certified as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Pennsylvania.
DEA licensure in Pennsylvania.
W-2 employment, permanent part-time.
Target weekly hours: 6.
Sample schedule: Fridays 10am-4pm.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards.
Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services.
Perform injections.
