About The Position
Fry Magnolia Clinic is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Nurse Practitioner to work in a rural community in Magnolia, MS. This role is within an established FNP-C Rural Health Clinic, open Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5:00 pm. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary healthcare to patients and families, focusing on health maintenance, disease prevention, patient education, and counseling. The role operates under the direct supervision of a physician, adhering to established guidelines and scope of practice.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Mississippi
- Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner's Program
- National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or certification eligible
- Current BCLS Certification
- Basic computer knowledge
- EMR knowledge
Nice To Haves
- Current ACLS Certification within 6 months of hire date
Responsibilities
- Providing primary healthcare to patients and families
