About The Position

The Nurse Practitioner applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve optimal patient outcomes, addressing problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The role provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Duties include prescribing medication, examining patients, diagnosing illnesses, and providing treatment. The Nurse Practitioner advises executives on developing functional strategies, often segment-specific, for significant matters. The position exercises independent judgment and decision-making on complex duties and related tasks, works under minimal supervision, and analyzes variable factors to determine the best course of action. This is a patient-facing role and participates in Humana/Senior Bridge’s Tuberculosis screening program; selected candidates must undergo TB screening. The position requires participation in limited on-call phone coverage.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
At least 8 years of technical experience.
At least 2 years of project leadership experience.
Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or PA license in the appropriate state.
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
Willingness to participate in limited on-call coverage by phone.
