About The Position
An orthopedic and injection clinic in California is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide care in a specialty outpatient clinic. The role involves evaluating patients with orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal concerns, developing treatment plans with the clinical team, and participating in orthopedic and injection-based treatments consistent with the provider’s training and scope of practice. The Nurse Practitioner will monitor patient progress, educate patients, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. The position offers an annual salary of $200,000 for an experienced provider, a full benefits package, and a Monday–Friday schedule.
Requirements
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in California.
- Previous orthopedic experience is required.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative outpatient clinic environment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients presenting with orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal concerns.
- Obtain patient histories and perform physical examinations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team.
- Participate in patient care involving orthopedic and injection-based treatments, consistent with training and scope of practice.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients on treatment options, recovery, and ongoing care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
