About The Position
The Nurse Practitioner at the Duck Lake Primary Health site provides primary health care to children, youth and adults in the communities of Duck Lake, Beardys First Nation, Wakaw, Rosthern and Cudworth. This is a general practice where a wide range of health care needs are met, including women's health, children's health, mental health support as well as community development.
Requirements
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
- Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as RN (NP)
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year nursing experience in a primary health care setting
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives

- Provides primary health care to children, youth and adults.

- Performs clinical/health assessments.
- Implements holistic, comprehensive care to individuals/groups/families.
