Requirements
- Experience in assessing and evaluating patients.
- State of IL and/or IN Nurse Practitioner license
- Candidate must hold a valid Illinois NP/PA license and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Responsibilities
- Maintains licensure and collaborative agreement with Medical Director
- Collaborates with the Medical Director regarding patient appropriateness if any questions arise regarding the patient.
- Completes documentation of evaluation and assessment of patients.
