About The Position

Build Your Nephrology Career in Northwest Houston! A growing, physician led kidney care practice is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative team in Northwest Houston. This is an opportunity to work closely with nephrologists while caring for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease. You will work across office and inpatient settings, with a small portion of your practice focused on dialysis patients. The team offers strong clinical support and specialized nephrology training. We strongly prefer candidates with Nurse Practitioner experience who live within approximately 20 to 30 minutes of Northwest Houston. Bilingual Spanish and English candidates are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain one.

Nephrology or dialysis experience

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with kidney disease and related conditions while collaborating closely with nephrologists and interdisciplinary care teams.
Develop treatment plans.
Coordinate care across settings.
Educate patients and families.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
