The Nurse Practitioner will deliver Neko's preventive-care model to members in New York — using advanced, non-invasive technology and clinical expertise to identify health risks early and translate findings into action plans that genuinely change what a member does next. This is a deeply collaborative role at the intersection of clinical excellence, member experience, and a conviction that catching things early changes lives. You'll practice with autonomous scope where appropriate, partner closely with Physicians for escalation and collaborative review, and work alongside Operators and cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless, insight-driven member experience.

Requirements

Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license.
National board certification (ANCC or AANP) in good standing.
Comfort working in a tech-forward, fast-moving clinical environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive preventive health screenings using Neko's high-resolution skin imaging, cardiovascular assessments, and AI-powered decision support, ensuring consistent quality across every member visit.
Create personalized, action-oriented health plans from screening data, translating them into next steps the member actually takes, measured by member follow-through and downstream outcomes.
Educate members on dermatological and cardiovascular risk factors and lifestyle strategies in a way that resonates, measured by how the member felt about the consultation, not just the clinical findings.
Provide clear, timely escalation to Physicians on findings that warrant physician-level review, strengthening continuity of care and clinical quality across the clinic.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operators, Physicians, and care teams to improve continuity of care and the end-to-end member experience.
