About The Position

LaserAway is seeking an Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner to provide non-surgical aesthetic dermatology treatments in a high-volume clinic environment. The Nurse Practitioner owns each patient’s clinical journey, from initial skin assessment and treatment planning through follow-up care and long-term results, and partners with Patient Care Coordinators and Location Directors to provide individualized care. The role involves treating approximately 15–25 patients per day and may require work at up to three assigned locations. The position has no overnight shifts and offers full-time hours of 32–40 hours per week in 8-hour shifts, with scheduling flexibility. Compensation is a $55-per-hour base rate plus a $5-per-hour weekend differential. The Nurse Practitioner performs laser, injectable, and skin rejuvenation treatments, maintains accurate documentation, and works with LaserAway’s custom digital EMR. The company provides hands-on training across aesthetic modalities and regularly adds FDA-cleared technologies to its treatment offerings. Requirements

Hold a current, active, unencumbered, state-issued Nurse Practitioner license.
Be professional, dependable, and genuinely patient-centered.
Be available to work weekends.
Be comfortable working in a high-volume clinic environment treating 15–25 patients per day.
Be able to work at up to three assigned locations.

Nice To Haves

Background in acute care, such as ER, ICU, or Med-Surg, or experience in aesthetics practice.
