About The Position

Low T Center is a leading provider of hormone replacement therapy and targeted wellness services, and we're continuing to expand our clinical offerings and reach. We're looking for a confident, energetic, and patient-focused Nurse Practitioner (NP/APRN/FNP) to join our Tennessee team. This is an opportunity to step into a role where your clinical expertise matters, your voice is valued, and your relationships with patients make a difference. You'll work alongside a Physician Medical Director and Center Director, supported by a team focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through the door. At Low T Center, our providers aren't simply moving from patient to patient all day. You'll have the opportunity to get to know your patients, understand their goals, educate them about their health, and become an important part of their wellness journey.

Requirements

  • Active Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license in good standing, unencumbered and undisciplined
  • Current DEA license
  • NP, APRN, or FNP credentials
  • Availability to work a minimum of 2 weekdays per week
  • Availability to work 2 Saturdays per month from 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Willingness to float between our Hendersonville, Franklin, and Murfreesboro locations

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful, long-term relationships with your patients
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide care related to hormone replacement, weight management, sleep apnea, hypertension, low libido, and other wellness concerns
  • Educate patients and make complex health information easy to understand
  • Utilize established treatment protocols while applying strong clinical judgment
  • Collaborate closely with the Physician Medical Director and Center Director
  • Help create an upbeat, welcoming, and positive clinic environment
  • Support and encourage clinic staff while helping foster a strong team culture
  • Take an active role in the continued growth and success of your clinic
