About The Position

Centurion Health is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join its team at Plainfield Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana. Centurion Health provides healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction. The Nurse Practitioner works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and assists with healthcare delivery and patient care management. The role includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and managing medications.

The position is a day shift with 8- or 10-hour shifts. Nights, holidays, and weekends are not required. Salary is undisclosed. Centurion Health provides healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and other community settings under contracts with state and local governments.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license.
• Active, unrestricted DEA registration.
• Ability to pass credentialing and a background check.

Responsibilities
