About The Position
Core Medical Center is redefining outpatient care with a multidisciplinary approach that blends medicine, orthopedics, interventional pain management, physical therapy, and chiropractic into one seamless patient experience. They are looking for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner who thrives in a dynamic environment, values collaboration, and wants to make a lasting difference in patients’ lives. This position offers flexibility, allowing for part-time (2-3 days/week) or full-time (5 days/week) employment. The role involves working side-by-side with physicians, chiropractors, physical therapists, and other specialists to deliver integrated care, utilizing cutting-edge medicine and advanced procedures. The position is designed with leadership growth in mind, offering opportunities for advancement within the expanding organization.
Requirements
- Joint and intramuscular injection experience
- Strong orthopedic knowledge
- Workers’ compensation experience
- Outpatient clinical or surgical background
- Ability to interpret diagnostic imaging
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
- Must not struggle with following standard of care guidelines
- Must not resist direction, feedback, or collaboration
- Must not want to rewrite proven systems and protocols
- Must not deviate from approved plans of care
- Must not prefer to “go rogue” rather than be part of a structured, high-performing team

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, PRP, migraine protocols, and more.
- Educate patients on care plans and motivate them toward compliance and success.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver life-changing outcomes.
- Grow professionally through mentorship, leadership opportunities, and exposure to cutting-edge outpatient care.
- Become the lead provider in the Overland Park clinic.
- Grow into leadership and operational roles as Core expands across the metro.
