About The Position
Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with experience to join their growing Primary Care team. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting in Chicago, IL. The role involves seeing patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits, while collaborating closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff. The Nurse Practitioner will manage their own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care, working a 40-hour week with minimal call responsibility.
Requirements
- Experience working in outpatient setting
- Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Illinois
- Board-certified in Family Medicine, Adult-Gerontology, or related field
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Nice To Haves
- Ukrainian Proficiency Preferred
- Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required
