Nurse Practitioner - (Part-Time) - Kirksville, MO
About The Position
This is a part-time, 1099 contract position for a Nurse Practitioner to conduct one-time assessments for Veterans to aid in their disability claim process. The role offers a low-stress environment with a guaranteed income and built-in support, allowing clinicians to make a meaningful impact serving Veterans. The position does not involve treatments, procedures, diagnosing, prescribing, billing, or disability percentage calculations. Scheduling is managed, and walk-ins are not permitted. The shifts are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, three days per week, with no nights, weekends, or holidays. Technology, training, and clinical support are fully provided.
Requirements
- Must be a Nurse Practitioner.
- Ability to conduct one-time assessments.
- Ability to review records and complete assessments electronically.
- Willingness to work three days per week, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
