About The Position
Brattleboro Primary Care- Pediatrics, located in southeastern Vermont, is seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. The practice is part of Primary Care Health Partners, a large physician-owned group partnership, and has been an NCQA-certified medical home since 2011. The pediatric practice is known for quality care and a collegial team atmosphere. The practice serves children from birth through college, providing annual well-child and adolescent care in accordance with AAP and Bright Futures recommendations. It also coordinates care for children with chronic conditions and treats acute illnesses and minor injuries. The office is on the campus of Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, which has a level 1 nursery, and is affiliated with Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, including participation in its outpatient pediatrics medical student rotation. The position offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, state-of-the-art technology including an Electronic Medical Record and a supportive EHR team. A relocation stipend is available. The role is part-time, in-person, outpatient work in pediatrics, with a day shift and a Monday-to-Friday schedule that includes rotating weekends. The candidate must relocate to Brattleboro, Vermont before starting.

Responsibilities
