About The Position

IVX Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and serving as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. You will ensure every treatment is delivered with precision and care, making a real difference in patients’ lives.

Requirements

  • Active and Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
  • AANP or ANCC board certification required.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
  • Proficiency in Clinical Documentation, including experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional Communication & Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to treat a diverse patient population (adults and pediatrics).

Nice To Haves

  • PALS certification preferred.
  • Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting.
  • Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
  • Conduct patient evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
  • Educate and support patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
  • Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
  • Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
  • Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
  • Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
