About The Position

IVX Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, specialized infusion therapy in an outpatient setting. As a Nurse Practitioner at IVX Health, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care, collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, and serving as a trusted resource for patients, families, and providers. You will ensure every treatment is delivered with precision and care, making a real difference in patients’ lives.

Requirements

Active and Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license and Registered Nurse (RN) license (if required by the state).
AANP or ANCC board certification required.
BLS certification required.
Strong IV and Infusion Therapy Skills, including experience with specialty biologics, medication management, and emergency response protocols.
Proficiency in Clinical Documentation, including experience with EHR systems and a strong understanding of HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
Exceptional Communication & Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to treat a diverse patient population (adults and pediatrics).

Nice To Haves

PALS certification preferred.
Background in an ambulatory infusion center, outpatient specialty clinic, or similar setting.
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and virtual supervision while administering infusions and injections with precision.
Conduct patient evaluations, document SOAP notes, and monitor treatment responses.
Educate and support patients and families through treatment expectations, potential side effects, and disease management.
Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, review nursing documentation, and uphold HIPAA and OSHA standards.
Assist with chart preparation and treatment planning to streamline patient visits.
Collaborate with referring providers and cross-functional teams to enhance care coordination.
Assist in inventory management, prior authorizations, and regulatory adherence.
Work at multiple facilities within a designated market as needed.
Take on other responsibilities as assigned to support patient care and organizational objectives.
