Requirements

Master’s degree in Nursing required.
Current Texas RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification.
Current BLS and CPR certifications.
Knowledge of insurance protocols and clinical documentation standards.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care, including patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
Deliver individualized, competent care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Educate patients and families to empower them in managing their health.
Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care.
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
Communicate effectively with patients to ensure continuity of care.
Respond to urgent and emergency situations using established protocols.
Participate in an on-call rotation with physician support.
Stay current in your practice through continuing education and professional development.
