About The Position
Black Bear Lodge in Sautee, GA is currently recruiting a PRN Nurse Practitioner for their Adult Addiction and Psychiatric Treatment Programs. This is an onsite only, hospital-employed position. The role involves providing care within a stand-alone behavioral and substance abuse facility, conducting H&Ps, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including BC Psychiatrists, BH Techs, BH RN, Psychiatric NPs, Social Workers, and Therapists. The facility is located in the serene forest foothills of the North GA Mountains and offers a comprehensive integrated program for individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues. Black Bear Lodge is owned and operated by a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, Inc.
Requirements
- PhD or Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner/APRN in the State of Georgia or willingness to obtain licensure in the State of Georgia.
- Board Certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC)
- Current National DEA Certificate
