Full Time Rounding Nurse Practitioner Ocala
About The Position
We are seeking a Full‑Time Nurse Practitioner to provide onsite medical care to patients in assisted living facilities in the Ocala area. This role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients while maintaining a Monday–Friday schedule and excellent work‑life balance. This position is open to both experienced and newer Nurse Practitioners. Training, onboarding, and ongoing clinical support are provided, making this an excellent opportunity for newer NPs interested in geriatrics or home‑based care. Compensation includes a $100,000 base salary with incentive bonuses totaling $110,000 to $125,000 annually. Providers participate in an on‑call rotation every 7–8 weeks and may conduct telehealth visits as needed.
Requirements
- Active, unencunbered Florida Nurse Practitioner license
- DEA license (or ability to obtain)
- Interest in geriatric or home‑based care
Nice To Haves
- Prior geriatric or mobile care experience preferred but not required
- Experience with eClinical Works preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in assisted living facilities
- Collaborate closely with your dedicated Medical Assistant and support team
- Complete documentation and billing in eClinical Works (eCW)
- Participate in weekly virtual provider meetings (Microsoft TEAMS)
- Participate in Medicare MIPS initiatives
- Participate in on‑call rotation every 7–8 weeks
- Conduct telehealth visits as clinically appropriate
