About The Position
Greater Seacoast Community Health (GSCH) is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Associate (PA) to join their mission-driven Primary Care team in Somersworth, NH. This role has a strong focus on Women’s Health, requiring prior experience in this area within a primary care, family medicine, OB/GYN, or community health setting. The position offers an opportunity to practice patient-centered medicine in a supportive community health environment, fostering lasting patient relationships within an integrated multidisciplinary care team. Requirements
- APRN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Current NH RN and APRN licensure
- APRN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Board Certification through ANCC and/or AANP
- APRN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing as a Nurse Practitioner required
- APRN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Women’s Health experience required
- APRN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Current DEA registration
- APRN CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)
- PA CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Current NH Physician Associate license
- PA CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: NCCPA Certification
- PA CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience practicing as a Physician Associate required
- PA CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Women’s Health experience required
- PA CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Current DEA registration
- PA CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: Current BLS certification (ACLS/PALS preferred)

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
- Deliver women’s health services within an outpatient primary care setting
- Perform preventive health exams, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care
- Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Coordinate care and referrals with internal and external providers
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
- Document patient care accurately within the EHR system
- Participate in provider meetings, quality initiatives, and clinical collaboration activities
- Deliver care with professionalism, compassion, and respect
