Requirements

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Active or eligible for Washington State licensure
  • Active/eligible DEA registration
  • Comfortable treating patients across the lifespan
  • Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, walk-in urgent care services for patients of all ages
  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and minor injuries
  • Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, incision & drainage, and wound care
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging
  • Manage common urgent conditions such as infections, respiratory illnesses, minor fractures, and lacerations
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, nursing staff, and support teams
  • Ensure efficient patient flow while maintaining excellent patient satisfaction
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care
