Nurse Practitioner – Primary & Urgent Care
About The Position
Four Squared Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide both primary care and urgent care services in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable evaluating, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions while delivering exceptional patient-centered care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in both primary care and urgent care settings while promoting positive health outcomes and an exceptional patient experience. This includes building and managing a consistent patient panel and providing efficient, accurate diagnosis and treatment plans, while integrating seamlessly with the clinical team, systems, and workflow.
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice
- Board Certification Nurse Practitioner (a must)
- Minimum of 3-5+ years of clinical experience preferred in primary care, urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems
- Ability to manage multiple patient cases efficiently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable treating patients of all ages
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses across all age groups
- Conduct comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and lab results
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation within the EMR
- Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals to specialists when appropriate
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff
- Respond effectively to urgent care presentations in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices
